We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Dan and his team. Communication was a major issue; our preference for email communication was met with frustration from Dan, who deemed it inappropriate. The tiler that Dan employed exhibited a "good enough" attitude, failing to adhere to the plans we provided before the start of the project. They made changes in the tile format without informing us, and when we finally saw the results in daylight over the weekend, the tiles clearly did not match the plans and looked terrible. (We contacted other industry professionals to assess the work and a tiler, an interior designer and another bathroom installer all agreed the work was sub-standard) Despite our clear explanations that the lighting wasn't installed yet, and concerning health problems so we couldn't properly assess the work until the next weekend later, we were blamed for not speaking up sooner. The trim work was poorly executed, they disposed of building waste down the storm drain at the front of our house, and the plaster work was lumpy, all dismissively labelled as "snags". Overall, our experience can be summed up by poor communication, substandard workmanship, and an unprofessional attitude. We cannot recommend their services. Photos attached

Dan and Dan were absolutely fantastic, arrived on time, straight to work, quickly identified what was causing the leak and within 15-30 minutes, they'd fixed it and tidied up after themselves. Extremely reasonably priced as well. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

Paul responded right away, and fit our emergency leak in the very next day, and solved the problem efficiently. Nice work, will use again.

Dan came to price the job, agreed on the price and start date. Messaged him the night before to see if he was still coming. No response. Rang him 3 times that morning with no response and on the third time is was just going to answer phone so I got my mate to try him and it rang out so he obviously blocked me for some strange reason. If he didn't want to to the job or he was busy he should of just messaged or rang to say he couldn't do it instead of ignoring my calls and blocking me. Haven't heard anything since then either. Very strange as all the other reviews are 5 stars, that's why I called him in the first place

Glad I called Dan. Prior to Christmas, I called about ten plumbers in the Ashby/Coalville area were called and had to leave messages regarding my problem. One or two were busy - fair enough. Almost all of the rest didn't even bother to return my call. Of those that did, they tried to quote, incorrectly, over the phone. Dealing with Lonsdale Plumbing was a different experience altogether. Dan provided good communication, visited the property to assess the problem prior to quotation and then went on to fix my central heating issue. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for a plumber. don't waste your time calling others, give Dan a call.

Dan came to install a gas cooker in our home and a gas connection in our catering trailer. He was on time- despite having traveled over 20 miles to get here- professional and gave good advice. Would definitely recommend and look forward to having him back once the kitchen is ready to be installed.
